By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you submit (e.g., in contact forms or Talent Hub applications) is true, accurate, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user, you agree not to:

If you apply to or use the SonOfGraig Talent Hub, the following terms also apply:

• You are responsible for the accuracy and ownership of all content you submit to your profile.
• You agree to be featured on our website and social media platforms if your application is approved.
• SonOfGraig acts as a facilitator and intermediary for bookings but is not a party to the direct contract between the talent and the client unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any talent profile at our discretion to maintain the quality of the platform.

6. AI Tools Disclaimer

Our AI-powered tools (e.g., Contract Generator, SEO Assistant) provide drafts and suggestions based on your inputs. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. The output is for informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. We are not liable for any actions taken based on the output of these tools.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, including for breach of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
